How to Make Barefoot Contessa S Salted Caramel Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
