How to Make Apple Butter Pork Loin

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the 2-3 lb pork loin in a baking dish. Pour 1 cup of apple juice over the pork loin. Cover the baking dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil.
