How to Make Cheddar Bacon Potato Bake

  1. Scrub 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds without peeling.
  2. Place potato slices in a large bowl of cold water and let them soak for 15 minutes.
