How to Make Chocolate Zabaglione

  1. Place heavy cream and chocolate chips in a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside to keep warm.
  2. In a large glass bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, Marsala wine, and salt until light and pale yellow.
