How to Make Ginger Cake Iced In Lemon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube or bundt pan and set aside until needed
  3. In a medium bowl add flour, baking poser, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon

  5. In a large bowl beat the butter and brown sugar until well mixed

  9. Check at 50 minutes
  10. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely
  11. Mix the powdered sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice together and drizzle over cake
