How to Make Healthy Potato Skins
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and pierce 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs total) several times with a fork. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until fork-tender.
