How to Make Mandarin And Apricot Smoothie

  1. Roughly chop 1 cup of fresh or frozen apricots and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Pour 1 cup of grape juice over the chopped apricots.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the apricots to soften and the flavors to blend.
  4. Add the soaked apricots and grape juice to your blender or smoothie maker.
  5. Add 1 cup of mandarin orange segments (about 2-3 mandarins).
  6. Blend on high speed for approximately 40 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency. Add a splash more grape juice if needed to thin it out.
  7. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy immediately!
