How to Make Peppered Prawns

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper and stir quickly.
  2. Add 1 pound of prawns (peeled and deveined) to the skillet. Toss gently and cook for 1 minute per side, until they turn pink.
  3. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 sprig of fresh rosemary. Toss and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and the juice of ½ a lemon. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add ¼ cup of beer (any light beer works well). Cook until the beer bubbles and slightly reduces.
  6. If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately. Do not overcook the prawns!
  8. Enjoy the delicious pink prawns that will melt in your mouth!
