  • King Prawns
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Gingerroot
  • Green Chili Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Barbecue Prawn

  1. Clean and devein 1 pound of prawns.
  2. In a bowl, combine the prawns with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a food processor or mortar and pestle, finely grind 2-3 green chilies, 4 cloves of garlic, 1-inch piece of ginger, and 1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
