How to Make Asian Stir Fried Mussels And Prawns

  1. Clean mussels thoroughly. Remove beards and scrub shells. If heavily encrusted, boil separately for a few minutes to remove grit before proceeding.
  2. Peel and devein prawns. Set aside.
