How to Make Roasted Garlic Pate

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wrap each head of garlic (about 2 large heads) in double-thickness aluminum foil.
  3. Place the wrapped garlic heads on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the garlic is very soft and easily squeezed.
