How to Make Bigfatmomma S Slow Cooked Meat Sauce
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute more.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Add oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
