  4. In a food processor, combine 2 cups blueberries, 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion, and 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper.
  5. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped but still retains some texture. Do not over-process.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl. Add 2 tablespoons lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Set aside.
  8. While wearing food-safe gloves or using a paper towel to handle the jalapeño, trim the stem and peel off the charred skin.
  9. Slice the jalapeño in half lengthwise, remove and discard the seeds and membranes. Finely chop the jalapeño flesh.
