- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil potatoes until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
- While potatoes are boiling, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until tender-crisp (about 5-7 minutes). Drain well.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add minced garlic (if using) and Worcestershire sauce (if using) to the ground beef and cook for 1 minute more.
- Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
