- Place 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crock pot, bone side up.
- In a bowl, combine: 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or more, to taste), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
- Add the following vegetables on top of the chicken: 1 medium onion, chopped; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 green bell pepper, chopped; 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 cup sliced mushrooms; 1/2 cup chopped carrots (optional).
- Pour 2 (24 oz) jars of your favorite pasta sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
