Cómo preparar Caramelised Onion Tart

  6. In a bowl, lightly whisk 2 large eggs with a pinch of black pepper.
  7. Fill the tart shell with the caramelized onions, cooked sweet potatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
  8. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the filling.
  9. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves over the top.
  10. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the egg is set and the crust is golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving warm or cold.
