  7. Stir in the chopped spinach and bacon mixture.
  8. Pour the filling over the chilled biscuit crust.
  9. Place the springform pan on a baking sheet to catch any spills. Bake in the preheated oven for 75-85 minutes, or until the cheesecake is golden brown and set. The center should still be slightly jiggly.
