  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Once completely cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
