- 4 cups (960ml) cold water
- Lime Juice
- Superfine Sugar
- Ice
How to Make Agua De Lima Lime Water
- Wash and cut 10-12 limes in half.
- Juice the limes using a juicer or by hand. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds or pulp.
- Measure 1 cup (240ml) of fresh lime juice.
- In a large pitcher, combine the lime juice with 4 cups (960ml) of cold water.
- Add 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar (or to taste) and stir until fully dissolved.
- Peel and juice 1/2 medium cucumber (about 1/2 cup of juice). Add to the pitcher.
- Add more lime juice to taste.
- Fill the pitcher with ice. Stir well.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
