How to Make Almond Joy Fudge

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the fudge out later.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips. Stir frequently until the butter is melted and the chocolate is completely smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Roughly chop the Almond Joy candy bars into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Stir the chopped Almond Joy into the chocolate mixture until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang, and cut into squares.
