  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Lightly spray the baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
  4. Scrub 1 pound of tiny red potatoes thoroughly and cut each in half.
