How to Make Almost No Fat Roasted Tiny Red Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Lightly spray the baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
- Scrub 1 pound of tiny red potatoes thoroughly and cut each in half.
- Arrange potatoes on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up.
- Lightly spray potatoes with vegetable cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional), 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
- Add 1 drop of Tabasco sauce to each potato half. Lightly spray again with vegetable cooking spray.
