How to Make Apple Horseradish Glazed Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup apple jelly, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Season salmon fillets (about 1 pound) with 1/4 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
  6. Brush half of the apple horseradish mixture over the salmon fillets in the skillet.
  7. Transfer the salmon and any accumulated juices to a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 7 minutes.
  9. Flip the salmon fillets and brush with the remaining apple horseradish mixture.
  10. Bake for another 7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
