How to Make Avocado With Alfalfa

  1. Halve and pit one ripe avocado.
  2. Gently scoop out the avocado flesh into a medium bowl, leaving about 1/4 inch of flesh on the skin for better presentation.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  5. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Carefully spoon the avocado mixture back into the avocado halves.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of extra alfalfa sprouts and a pinch of chili flakes (optional).
