  • 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • Chopped Tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • Dried Chili
  • Sesame Seed Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Soy Sauce

How to Make Avocado With Tofu

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water. Crumble it into a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until mostly smooth. Add lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  3. Gently fold the mashed avocado mixture into the crumbled tofu.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
