How to Make Asian Cucumber Slaw

  1. Thinly slice 1 large cucumber, 1 medium carrot, ½ red bell pepper, and ½ small red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup sesame oil, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, and ½ teaspoon grated ginger.
