How to Make Awesome Twice Baked Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce 4 large russet potatoes several times with a fork.
  3. Bake potatoes for 1 hour, or until easily pierced with a fork.
  4. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out the potato flesh, leaving a 1/4-inch shell. Set shells aside.
