- Place 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker on top of the oil.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
