How to Make Bacon Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 4 ounces of crumbled feta cheese and 4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon. Mix gently.
  3. Butterfly each of the 4 chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally almost all the way through, creating a pocket.
  4. Divide the bacon and feta mixture evenly among the chicken breasts, filling each pocket.
  5. Secure each chicken breast with toothpicks.
