- Fresh Cranberries

How to Make Baked Cranberry Relish
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish, combine 12 ounces (340g) fresh cranberries and 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with foil or a lid.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until cranberries have burst and released their juices.
- Remove from oven and carefully stir in 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup (60g) orange marmalade, and 1/2 cup (60g) chopped walnuts.
- Let cool completely before covering and chilling for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
