How to Make Baked Herb Parmesan Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, melt 2 tablespoons of butter or pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
