How to Make Baked Peaches With Pine Nuts
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine and granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Place the peach halves, cavity-side up, on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Pour the wine mixture evenly into the cavity of each peach half.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and slightly caramelized.
- While the peaches are baking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
