  1. In a large bowl, whisk together 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
  2. Create a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1/4 cup (60ml) water until light and frothy.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the well in the flour, mixing gently with a fork until a shaggy dough forms.
