  3. Stir in 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained, 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies (undrained), 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained, and 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  7. Place 6 tablespoons of the bean mixture and 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture into each of 10 large flour tortillas.
  8. Roll up tightly and place seam-down in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Pour the tomato sauce over the burritos.
