How to Make Beef And Noodles Crock Pot
- Place 1.5 lbs beef stew meat into your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together 1 packet (1 ounce) brown gravy mix with 1 cup of water, according to package directions.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- After 2 hours of cooking on high (or 4 hours on low), check the gravy for thickness. Add up to ½ cup more water if needed.
- About 30 minutes before the beef is done (refer to step 8), cook 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles according to package directions.
- Drain the cooked noodles and gently stir them into the slow cooker with the beef and gravy.

- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
