How to Make Beef Flavored Rice
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of water with 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Beef Base).
- Add 1 cup of long-grain rice.
- Microwave on high for 17 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is cooked through. (Microwave times may vary; keep an eye on it!)
- If using stovetop, combine water and bouillon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then add rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
