How to Make Bethie S Eggs

  1. Saute 1/2 medium onion, chopped, in 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add 2 cloves garlic, minced, and 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely minced. Saute for 1 minute more.
