How to Make Breakfast Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in sliced green onions. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
