How to Make Chocolate Bundles
- Thaw pastry for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly flour a clean surface. Roll out the thawed pastry to a 12-inch square. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the pastry into four 6-inch squares.
- Place 1/4 cup (30g) semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon (5g) chopped walnuts in the center of each square.
- Bring the four corners of each pastry square together, just above the filling. Twist and pinch the corners to seal.
- Gently fan out the sealed corners to create a bundle shape.
- Place the bundles on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is melted and bubbly.
- Let the Chocolate Bundles stand for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and serve warm with fresh raspberries.
