How to Make Chocolate Bundles

  1. Thaw pastry for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Lightly flour a clean surface. Roll out the thawed pastry to a 12-inch square. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the pastry into four 6-inch squares.
  4. Place 1/4 cup (30g) semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon (5g) chopped walnuts in the center of each square.
  5. Bring the four corners of each pastry square together, just above the filling. Twist and pinch the corners to seal.
  6. Gently fan out the sealed corners to create a bundle shape.
  7. Place the bundles on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the Chocolate Bundles stand for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and serve warm with fresh raspberries.
