How to Make Easy Flan
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in the cinnamon.
- Lightly grease a 9-inch tube pan (bundt pan) with butter or cooking spray.
- Carefully pour the flan mixture into the prepared pan.
- Place the pan in a larger baking dish. Pour enough hot water into the larger dish to come halfway up the sides of the tube pan (this creates a water bath).
- Bake for 80 minutes, or until the flan is set and no longer jiggles in the center. Check for doneness with a toothpick inserted near the center; it should come out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely in the water bath.
- Once cooled, cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flan to chill and set completely.
- To unmold, run a thin knife or spatula around the edges of the flan. Invert the pan onto a serving platter.
