How to Make Oh So Easy Blueberry Cinnamon Ring

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Generously butter a 10-inch bundt pan.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
  4. Place about 3/4 cup frozen blueberries in the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
  5. Separate 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuits.
  6. Dip each biscuit into 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Arrange the coated biscuits upright, side-by-side, in the bundt pan around the blueberries.
  8. Place the remaining blueberries on top of the biscuits, gently pressing some into the spaces between them.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and the biscuits are slightly firm to the touch.
  10. Let the ring cool in the pan for 10 minutes before carefully loosening the edges and inverting it onto a serving plate.
  11. Enjoy!
