How to Make Peach Cobbler Jam

  1. Combine 4 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in an 8-quart kettle or pot.

  3. Stir the pectin mixture and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter into the peach mixture.
  4. Over medium-high heat, bring the peach mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the remaining 3 3/4 cups granulated sugar.
