How to Make Sausage Pepperoni Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the sausage and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the meat sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the remaining meat sauce.
  8. Repeat layers: noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese, and meat sauce.
  9. Top with the remaining 3 lasagna noodles and the remaining meat sauce.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
  11. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  12. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.
  13. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with a fresh salad and garlic bread.
