How to Make Sparkling Fruity Green Tea

  1. Steep 2 green tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently to extract all the tea. Pour the brewed tea into a large pitcher.
  3. Add 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste) and stir until dissolved. Allow the tea to cool completely.
  4. Add 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced), 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 cup honey to the cooled tea. Stir gently to combine. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, add 2 cups chilled club soda. Gently stir. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with fresh berries and a lemon wedge (optional).
