How to Make Spicy Chicken With Coconut Lime Sauce

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces. Cook for 5-7 minutes, browning on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
