How to Make Basil Chicken And Cashew Nuts

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in a pre-heated wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 cup cashew nuts and fry until light golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove cashews and set aside on paper towels to drain.
