How to Make White Wine Wassail

  1. In a large pot (6-8 quart), combine 6 cups water, 1 (12-ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, 1 (12-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 (46-ounce) can apricot nectar, 1 (12-ounce) can lemonade concentrate, and 1 cup packed light brown sugar.

  6. Stir in 1 (750ml) bottle of dry white wine (or 750ml white grape juice for a non-alcoholic version).
  7. Garnish with thin apple slices before serving, if desired.
  8. Keep warm on the stovetop over low heat or transfer to a slow cooker on the warm setting. Serve hot from the pot or slow cooker.
