- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat 4 large eggs until light and frothy. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups sugar, beating until the mixture is pale and ribbony, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the zest of 1 orange and 1/4 cup Godiva chocolate liqueur.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in 1 cup slivered almonds, 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, and 1/4 cup pine nuts.
- Lightly flour your hands and shape the dough into 3 loaves, each about 12 inches long and 2 inches wide.
- Place the loaves on the prepared baking sheet and brush with 1 beaten egg (egg wash).
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the loaves are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and, using a serrated knife, immediately slice the loaves diagonally into 3/4-inch thick slices.
- Arrange the biscotti slices on their sides on the baking sheet. Return to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container. Drizzle with additional Godiva liqueur before serving (optional).
