Zubereitung von Grandpaw's Granola
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line three large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, mixed seeds, and dried fruit.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger (if using), and salt until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly moistened. Make sure all the oats are coated.
- Spread the granola mixture in a thin, even layer (about 1/2 inch) on the prepared baking sheets.
