Zubereitung von Snickers Cream Pie
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare your pie crust (store-bought or homemade).
- Roughly chop 2 cups (150g) of Snickers bars and distribute evenly in the prepared pie crust.
- In a large bowl, beat 8 ounces (225g) of softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add 1 cup (200g) of granulated sugar, beating until well combined.
- Beat in 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in 1 cup (240ml) of sour cream and 1/2 cup (120g) of creamy peanut butter until thoroughly incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust over the chopped Snickers.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack.
- While the pie cools, melt 8 ounces (225g) of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons (30ml) of heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and creamy.
- Once the pie is completely cool, spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set completely.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
