  8. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with the remaining orange juice mixture until smooth.
  9. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the skillet and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened.
  10. Slice the chicken breasts and serve over cooked white rice. Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and garnish with additional orange slices.
